About Us
We’ve been on both sides of this, and are on your side.
We were not founded by nurses or insurers and won’t pretend to be. We don’t give medical or legal advice. We are founded by folks who have lived this from the inside. Somewhere along the way in our health care journey, we realized that being a good patient isn’t enough – one need an advocate too.
We’ve navigated dozens of surgeries and illness, cancer care for our parents and loved ones, and everything after it for ourselves and our relatives. Before that, we worked as professional caregiver through various agencies, and learned the ropes. We know which number gets you a human, what benefits you didn’t even know you had, and how to get you the best care. Most people don’t have an advocate. So we decided to be that person, professionally.
